Using the WordPress.org software has turned out to be an enjoyable learning experience. Once I had it up and running I found that it was tempting to start hacking the theme and adding widgets. It was all fairly straight forward — even with my minimal php skills.

My goal is to write one entry every day. One quote I remember from Isaac Asimov (was it in PC Life?) was that if you want to be a writer then you must, above all, write often.
